• Making relevant documents, records, and data available to ArborMark as required for the advisory work
• Being available for scheduled advisory sessions and discussions as agreed in the engagement scope
• Providing timely, clear feedback on drafts, recommendations, and advisory outputs
• Deciding which recommendations to implement and managing that implementation within the client's own operational context
• Securing any necessary specialist advice (legal, financial, HR, regulatory, etc.) independently of the management consultancy engagement
• Ensuring that any individuals who participate in the advisory engagement on behalf of the business are authorised to do so

9. Intellectual Property
